The Tiny Tigers/ Little Dragons program gives children the opportunity to interact with other
children their own age, while developing social skills such as getting along with other's and
participating in activities with children their own age. All while developing listening skills while
under the direction of a certified World Tang Soo Do Association instructor. The children learn
basic Tang Soo Do techniques such as stances, kicks, blocks, and punches, emphasizing they are
to be practiced in the studio or at home and not in school or on the playground. These skills are
later used when the child begins the Children's Class at age 8, and their Tang Soo Do skills begin to
flourish. Children begin to see their journey through the ranks of Tang Soo Do.

This program has been highly rated for helping develop social and learning skills for children,
with less emphasis on the "fighting" art. Although self defense is a big part of the martial arts,
incorporating programs such as STRANGER DANGER, knowing when to yell for help and
saying "NO" has been a vital part of the strength of this program. These skills are developed,
strengthened and retained by children who begin this program far more than children at this age
who have not participated in this type program. We encourage parents to watch this program and
see just how much is instilled in the child at this age.
